The above mentioned chloroanhydrides was found to react with dial-
kylassines to form aside* of the cyclic @store of arsenious acid.
Kamay studied properti*o of arsenic organic compounds and found
that other* contalning areenid could be re-otherified with alcoho3B
and trialkyloxyatibines; he dso discovered the decomposition of
amid~-*store and thloestere bj alkyl halideag and noted the ten-

proved in addition that eaters of arsenious acid in contrast to
those of phosphorous acidl did not polymerize with the foraation

ABSTRACT: The article gives the results of a chock carried out by the
Committee on Standards, Measures, and Measuring Devices at many
u9st-coubines, such met the Leningrad, Voronezh, Rostov, Kuyby-
shov, Gor'kiy, Xiyev, Voroshilovgrad, Frunze, Pinsk, Ivanovo, Omsk
and Semipalatinsk combines. At all of these combines discrep-
ancies sere r*vealod and that large quantities of products are
being returned by the State Quality lnsp*ction Teams because of
th*ir low quality (44 tons of sausage, has, etc* were returned
during 9 months of 1956 to the Kuybyshev# Semipalatinsk, Voronezh
and Voroshilovgrad combines). Despite the rule that all pro-
ducts must pass the OTK (technical Inspection), laboratory, and
quality inspections, those chocks are frequently not performed.
Second grade products and owes lower are marked as first grade.
Quality documentation to nogloot*d. Temperature and humidity
conditions in cooling and froosing ohaab*rs are not in accordance
sith proscribed standards. Canned products are 4*livored In
