The target nucleus is considered to be a system of ct~particles at rest relatively to one another which, as a result of the action of the field of the incident electrons, rotates as a whole. The rotational states are taken into account in the calculations by the quantum numbers I and K; dIK(e) is searched for, where 9 is the scattering angle. Calculations are carried out in Born approximation, which is sufficient for investigating electron scattering from light nuclei.
