~ABSTRACT: This is a continuation of earlier work by -the authors (Phys. Lett. v.
13, 93, 1964) in which they present results of the measurements of the real part
of the nuclear elastic scattering amplitude for an energy of 4 Gev, and more pre-
cise data for energies 2, 61 8. and 10 Oev, taking into account the relativistic
corrections. The experimental technique was described elsewhere (PTE no. 6, 18,
1963). The d~ffereritial cross section was measured in the interval 0.003 < Itl
< 0.2 (Gev/c) (t = momentum transfer squared). The analysis.of the obtained data
as well as those reported by others was based on the Bethe formula (Ann. of Phya.
v. 3, 190, 1958) with allowance for radiative corrections. The results agree well
iwith the theoretical curve proposed by boding (Phye. Lett. Y. 8, 286, 1963), up to
an energy of 20 Gev, above which some discrepancy appears. Orig. art. has: 1

Experimental research is in progress to establish the anthelminthic effect of the
Bulgarian plant Inula helenium, The infusion is the most active of the medicinal
forms tested so far, namely infusion, extract and tincture prepared from the roots.
It paralyses earthworms in 15 min. Tested on cats, the infusion had a good ant-
helminthic effect on roundworms only. The drug is easily taken by white mice,
rats and cats in a dosage of 3-4 g./kg.
