The Machanikai MUvek (Mechardeal Works) in Budapest produces the "MIY.APE" insulator tape devvelop5d by the Institute. Theze tapes are made from mica waste and bound with shellac, epo,-,jr vaxnish, silicon varnish, etc. "MIKAFOLIUM", a version of the "MIYAPE" is alaro produced by the Mechanical Works. The Khbel-e's Mdanyaggy~x (Cable and Synthetic Material Plant) products polyester resins and varnishes without solv~Lnt, develops,~d by the lnfltitute. These rc-.~~Lns and varnishes are used for current and voltage transformers produced by the "TRANSVILL" Plant, for X-ray machine insulatoxs at the "MEDICOR" Plant for glass- frame polyester tubea of circuit breaxers also produced by the "TRANSVU.L" Plant, etc. This Plant plans to start soon the serial production of 3-35-kv fuseie with a rated breaking capacity of 200-1,200 Mira, which were also de.=~igned by the In- stitute.
