Therefore an acoustic method may be used for determining this parametor. This requires excitation of acoustic vibrations by a specz~U radiator placed at tho end of one of the lines with receivers at vari0ft-oints on the line where the gas column is in oscillation. The authors describe a stand developed for this purpose* 1/2 UDC: 62-119s621.512.001 -2730-5-66 AcC NRi AP6017406 Stand for acoustic tests of Interstage compressor lines in the 40-300 cps frequency range: I and 3--MD 3 micro- phone; 2--buffer space; 4--dynamic loud- speaker; 5-sonic radiation chamber; 6-- ZG-10 sound gonerator; 7--white noise generator or MAG-8 tape recorder; 8_-UNCh 50 W amplifier; 10 and 11-automatic recorder, 12 and 13--analyzer; 14--MIU multich;;nel neasurement anplifier; 15 and 16--phohometers. Study of the "memory effect" in ferrites PERIODICAL; Akademiya nauk SSSR. Doklady, v. 140, no. 5, TEXT: The authors studled this "memory effect" with comparati-ely power control signals (1.0-9 - 10-5 watts). The effect was distinc-tly marked and could be measured by the method and apparatus proposea .UY MI. G. Say (MaEnetic Amplifiers and Saturable Reactors, 1954).
