TITLE. Determination of the ratio of the number of quanta cf K- and
L emission of some neutron-deficient isotopes
PERIODICAL: Akademiya nauk SSSR. Izvestiya. Seriya fizicheakaya, 7 24i
no. 7, 1960, 934-938
TEXT; The present paper has been read at the 10th All~Union Conference on
Nuclear Spectroscopy, Moscow, January 19-27, 1960, A proportiona'
served to measure the relati-ve intensities of the K- and L emisaions of
Hr, 00, DY 159, Nd 140 + Pr 140~ and Sm145. These isotopes were obtained by
the chromatographic separation of rare earths, the latter being chemically
separated from a tantalum target irradiated with 660-Mev protons on the
synchrocyclotron of the OIYaI. The experimental system was calibrated or,

was determined by means of a filter made of 0.8 mm -,admium, 0.5 mm -;opper,
