Abstract I Experiments were conducted on 20 young rabbits to detercine the effect of
leukocytic serum on the neuro-dystrophic processes in loose connecting
tissues. It was found that fibroblastic cells, the structure of which io
disturbed under neuro-dystrophy, are the most reactive elements of the
connective tissue. Cessation of the normal neuro-trophtc effects involves
a change in structure of the diplasmatic fibroblasL-s and a further develop-
ment of atrophic processes in the connective tissues. The effect of the
leukocytic serten on the distrophic process i~; explained. Nelve USM

TEXT: Experiments on decomposing NH at atmospheric pressure on a Fe-Al-K
catalyst were performed without a caLlyst and on a catalyst deactivated I
by the action of H 2S. The presence of a reaction before and after the I IL2
use of the catalyst was established.. The reaction mechanism and the
results of other researchers' experiments on certain reactions with

Abstract : It is shown that in case of catalytic oxidation of NH
on Pt-Rh wire heated to 700 to 11000, at flow velocit?e.3
of the mixture of NH3 and 02 from 15 to 120 1/hour, and
at concentrations of NH3 from I to 20 and from 80 to 9",
the temperature of the reaction mixture behind the cata-
lyst is higher than the temperature measured under the
same conditions in the flow of pure 02 and lower than the
corresponding temperature in the flow of pure NH3. The
presented computations show that these results cannot be
explained by the differencee in the thermal conductivity

the poser necessary to heat a not poisoned and a polsoned
C are considerably greater, than if they would occur only
in consequense of the expenditure of heat for IIH3 dissocla-
tion on a not poisoned C. These differences cannot be ex-
plained also by the changes of the heat conductivity at
the dissociation of NHY A reaction mechanism is proposed,
according to which a part of the NH3 molecules disintegra-
tes on the C surface into intermediate nroducts (ITH21 ITH,
N; HA, some or all of which pass into ihe vessel

ABSTRACT: The influence of small additions of surface actuive
substances on the moisture content of flotation
concentrates have teen investigated on an industrial
scale. It was found tLat an addition of 0.02551o of
11gas oil contact" (0.? to 0.8 kg/t of dry substance) or
0.05% of PM-50 (a product based on coal tar oils - not
specified) decreases the moisture content of flotation
concentrates by 3%. It was established that the above
additions speed up the coagulation of slurries and
