TEXT: In the present paper, the authors first carry ou~ a g4neral invesli-
gation of the position and behavior of electron ns levels for a nucleus
of the charge Ze, making the following annatzes for the~~nucloar potential:
V Z/r for r > r 0, and V Z/r0 for r /- r 0(r 0 nt'iolea:~ radius).
Moreover, it is assumed that Z > 1157 and mr 0 4 1 (m eleotr'on mass).
With the help of the Dirac equation the authors derive an equation forthe
determination of the level energy (1), which agrees with thelone obtained
by I. V. Pomeranchuk and Ya. A. Smorodinskiy (Ref. 1)0: '~ sec6nd equation
is given for the determination of the critical number .zIor :Zor depends

The Use of Goobotanical Clews for the Detection of Dia'strophism
acterized by an unhealthy plant cover, and ev~en b7 the loss of
many species. The -percentage of surviving plantsi increases in
pro portion to the distance from the zone of ~ def ormati on. The
most important cause of the extinction of some plants is the
rise of salt water along the fault planes. . Therefore, in order
to discover faulting by goobotanical clews, one should pay par-
ticular attention to linear-arrangement of plant associations,
to salt marshes, and to the mass extinction of plants or an
unhealthy plant cover.

mercury spectral line is 20 mA. The root mean square~orror of the
measurements is 2 - 3%. The instrument has a total,v6ight;of 60 kg
and is fed with a current of 10 a from the not on t 6,~rd (;~T 4). Theaero
spectrovisor consists of a monochromator with a receliver:and a recorder,
and a feeder for the circuits. The instrument is fastened to a frame in
the opening and turns rcund its horizontal axis. The! speciific feature
in the determination of coefficients of the spectral brightness of
natural objects is the fact that it is not possible to attain equal
conciitions of illumination and surveying for the ob;ject and the calibra-
tion. instrument. In 1959, calibration was carried out on, the plane by
means of a calibration instrument before and after 11spectrometrizing.,
of the object. In order to obtain a coefficient of the SpeGtral bright-
ness of the objects which corresponds -to the brightness of baryta pa-er,

the calibration instrument was calibrated against this paper in different
light. 24 pictures were taken per second. Calibration iri.the air takes

(26 cases). It was shown that with the simil-
arity of the morphological changes in~the dif-
ferent animals, the nervous syst6m of'thq guinee
pigs is the most labile to I. Varicose swell-
ing, different thickenings, outgrowths, broad-
ening of perineural coats, dlschromia,~were ob-
served in the peripheral nervousJsystem. Med-
ullated nerve fibers are included in the reac-
tive process earlier and more often, as well
as fibers of the reticular layer;Of the dermis.
Free and encapsulated nerve endings are more
stable. In the muscular tissue,,.the pretermin-
