Abstract [Authors' English summary modified]s Two cases of occurence of
the great liver fluke are described. The changes induced br the fluke
were mainly hemorrhage, modified hemorrhage, cicatrices with variously
advanced hyalinization, granulomas du-3 to F. magna eggs. A brown-and-
black pigment was found in the liver and in regional lymphatic nodes of
the affected cattle. The extent of the changes was reducail after the ani-
