The unit is designed for eliminating the effect which the finite limits of the dynamic range in the elec- tronic channel of the measurement system have on the operation of the p3prometer over a wide-temperature interval. A blocking generator in the comparison circuit of the pyrometer is connected at the output, through a controlled diode to the reversible elec- tric motor of the indicator. The authors reached the following conclusions: (1) The comparatively high CaO content of this brick does hot have a destructive influence on the life of the brick in the walls of the furnace,, (2) The mortar for the laying of dolomite brick is characterized by the prosence of a small quantity of natural mineralo, such as quartz and feldnpar. The addition of slightly molting feldspar aids tho hinding of the mortar with brick without decreasing the refractoriness. (3) The durability of dolomite brick in the walls of an electric arrfurnace in about 2 to times greater than that of magnesite brick. 009060049 0 9 0 0 0 0 so* TOO 0 -Me 0 ILI a Is a AN v is a a a At a W- co of c D'U 4 4 A L 0 0 Pq d )--L-& -J, lit AND so Lillis 1.0 LIM. 1.0 AND 4?- . as toc-.11 0014 0 F 0 OR 001 VjAA.-T; Sjl~CA MUCK bF MIR 0111,A)MICTAKIT *4111% 0 Sit *.a* 3 191642-47 (1W3). see *so 04 0 :so 060 0 sa IP14. 0 0 a 046 0 to 0 ON V-00 0 0-- solo," Nip-a" 'Ail v an Is a go it " u A I, it a' a a It a It If a It It Is K a 14 91 K a a I 0,-0 00 0 0 IOU 11 to 4 W -A 0 0 a 4,04- 0,00 *so 0 0000 ~ W-iu 0 * 0 0 0 00.000-0 00 00 4,04- f 0 0 0 0 0 v W - v w - - - W - - - - *4 a 4 c 0 to, 4 M A L a 0 a N a I V W fly AMD XV &IM.* ISO 4.0 41.
