Abstract Agglu,bination.-reac.tior,,~..wete used to determine the titer of ant1bodies
before and after the'immunization of rabbits with Bacilli COU Und
during and a month after stimulation of the vagus nerves of the immunized
animals with an electric current. It was determined that the titer of
L
antibGdies increased as A result of electric stimulation of the vagus
nerves. Preliminary injections.of atropine desensitized the vajvs nerves
and pi~evented the increase, The method of stimulation is described in
detail. The results are presented on 2 graphs.--.T4e similar work of

The urotropine ontaining complex can be used in qualita
tive analysis as-well as for the gra-r1metrie detei;nination
of cobalt. The malonate-pyridine complex of cobalt, can be
used -for the macro- as well as for the micro-analysis of
cobalt in the presence af~~arge Wntities,9f alkalire-,
:.aj'jmline earth metal-, Ca -1 Or - and Mg"21onB as qell
-as in.the presence of small quantities of Ni and Al;'-'.
The.malonate-urotropine-complex of cobalt is most suitable
as it is only slightly soluble in the reaction mixtuse.
