operator. The speed of reception depends on the channel.capacityll
of the operator. The reception 'speed is alao'a good mewoure of the.
.qffectiveness of the codiN oyatem. The measurement of kIeception'
.speed requires the definition of a unit of perception. It is con,
cluded that the solution of small specific problems'without a uni'
fied method of approach is of Little value.in this,field. There
