Translation: In runnin- the reaction of m-ClC6TJ4NCO vith absolute iso-PrOH in
the absence of solvents, it is easy to obtain chloro-isqDropylp%henyl carlbaKate

Translation: A method is proposed for making multilayt=red thin-film struc-
tures. The -Drocedure is based on sequential applicatich of clirrent-
-conducting layers on a substrat,~, and treating the conductive layers
after application'of each dielectric layer through its defective sections
vith a chemical reagent which da2s -riot interact with the! material of the
dielectric likyer. To keep the parameters of. the atructiire constant durinC,;
treatment, a re-rigent is used which forms a dielectric "'JIm on the surface
of the conduct-ive layer made up of compounds of the can'~Iucti,le =Leftal.

"Study of the Effect of Acoustical Oscillations on a Turbulent Limited Flairvell

Translation: It is shown that the imposition of acoustical oscillations of
high. intensity on a turbulent limited flame during corabuution of preliminarily
prepared-mixtures increases the length of the combustion zone. At the same
timei the imposition of acoustical oscillations on a turbulent diffusion
flam6 significantly intensifies the process of combustien in the VOILIme of
a furnace due to improvement of the mixing-process. 7 Figures; 17 Biblio.
