In accordance with revised regulations (41FR60b8, February 11,. 1976),
an Annual Declassification List (ADL) must be submitted to the
Interagency Classification Review Committee (ICRC) by September 1st
of each year. One copy of the ADL goes to the search room of the
~;atior:al Archives for use by the public. Prompt submission of the
