1. The FY-76 budget has an approved line item
for roofing maintenance at the
The total amount of FY-76 funds available for this project
is $20,000.
2. The scope of work for this ro'ect includes

replacement of the entire roofs on 25X1A - 11 flashing and gutter repairs on and partial 25X1A
25X1A reroofing of All work is critically required
and too extensive to be accomplished with "in-house" labor
and patching of leaks.
3. It is requested that a Delegation of Authority
be issued to us for the execution of a construction
contract for the above mentioned improvements. It is
certified that FY-76 funds in the amount of $20,000 are
available for the proposed contract under Fan No. 6173-0001.
