1. Enclosures (1) through (3) are forwarded herewith for your use in contracting
for the completion of subject modifications. The primary service has been modified
so that all high voltage lines are located on the eastern side of the substation.
The secondary bus supplied from the existing 225 KVA transformers has been lowered
and located similarly to the existing secondary bus supplied from the existing 112.5
KVA transformers. It is felt that this service arrangement is much more satisfactory
than the existing, and reduces the hazardous. condition. now exposed to station elec-
tricians. As requested. the existing overhead secondary service supplying the build-
identified as -las been changed to an underground service to alleviate the
--Lion in this area and allow personnel within ~ to conduct their experiments 25 1A

the hazardous condition now created due to its proximity to th 25X1
roof.
