1. (U/AIUO) It is requested that an A & E feasibility
study be initiated to determine the best course of action
as outlined in the referenced memorandum. The determina-
tion of present heat loads, as well as possible expansion
capabilities, should be included in the scope of work for
this study. Also, as it is desired to complete the A & E
design phase in this fiscal year, please expedite the
feasibility study or completion on or about 1 September 1977.
FY-78 funds are available for construction.
