SUBJECT Request for Delegation of Authority to Award
"Sole Source" Contract
1. The purpose of this memorandum is to request a
Delegation of Authority to contract for the procurement and
25X1A subsequent installation of backup air conditioning at Station
2. The requirement to expeditiously procure and install
this proposed redundant air conditioning equipment for the
current season is vital to the continued assurance of 25X1A
operations.

requirement as well as the results and conclusions of the
