1. The purpose of this memorandum is to request a
Delegation of Authority to contract for the procurement and
subse uent installation of backup air conditioning at Station
25X1A

4. The cost estimate for this project is $50,000 and
FY 1976 funds are authorized and certified to be available
in FAN 6179-=300 in the amount o 60,000. Accordingly, it
is requested that the Director, be authorized to contract 25X1A
for the subject project.
