1. At the request of the Assistant United States Attorney representing
the Government, it is necessary to formalize with a written instruction what
is alreadyr clearly understood with regard to preservation of documents held
by this Agency that pertain to the captio;n.ed case.
2. Specifically, all documents which are identified as x-elevant or in any
way pertaining to this case shall not be destroyed or otherwise disposed of
until such time as this Office notifies in writing the respective Associate
Deputy Directors that the preservation of such documents is no longer required.
