SUBJECT : Selection of Candidates for the GEHA Board of
Directors

1. At the last meeting of the Board on July 2S, 1974,
you appointed Board members to serve as a Nominating Com-
mittee for the election of new officers. Three candidates
for each Agency Directorate and two candidates from the
Director's Office were to be selected. Thus far I have
received a list of candidates from the DDO, the DDI, and
the DD/SOT; however, only two persons were nominated from
DD/SFT and who 1 understand is planning to re-
tire in December , is a nominee from the DDO.
2. You may wish to bring up this matter at the special
meeting of the GEHA Board of Directors on 22 October 1974.
