SUBJECT : Minutes of the GEHA Meeting
The minutes for the GEHA Meeting of 28 August 1959 are
approved, however, I suggest the following be added to para-
graph 5.
The Board agreed that if and when the in-
surance bill passed the Congress it will be neces-
sary for the Agency to negotiate with the Civil
Service Commission on the status of the GEHA
Hospitalization Program. Under these circum-
stances it will be further necessary that the Board
draft a policy guideline for I o follow
in connection with. his negotiations with the Civil
Service Commission to assure fulfillment of all
Agency interests."
