This is in reference to the Exemption Application, with supplementary
evidence attached, which your organization submitted to this office
for consideration of its exemption from Federal income tax under the
provisions of Section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
Since a review of the form and supplementary evidence submitted dis-
closes that it is not the type of organization on which the District
Director's office may make a determination, the data has been for-
warded to the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service for
appropriate action and you will be advised of their decision in this
matter.
