Dear Mr. Ruddock:
In the interest of saving time and getting our payments
to the underwriter faster it is requested that GEHA, Inc. be
permitted to send to the Health Benefit Fund a check for the
net 4% of premiums collected. This would be forwarded with
a statement showing the total amount collected and the pre-
miums due for high and low options.
I have discussed this with Mr. Kator who indicated that
it might be acceptable and would save considerable time.
Your approval of this procedure will be greatly appreciated.
