On November 1 Mr. Mamas G. Walters became a staff assistant in
the Bureau of Retirement and Insurance of the Civil Service Commission.
Among other duties Mr. Walters will serve as liaison between the
Bureau and employee organizations on all phases of implementation and
operation of the Federal. Employees Health Benefits Act of 1959.
Mr. Walters is most anxious to be of service to you in any problems
you may have in connection with this new program. He will be glad to
