Approved Fo`' elease 2002/05/17 : CIA-RDP86-0096 00200010003-2 3 JAN 1972 NOTE TO: - DD/Pers/SP SUBJECT : Health Benefits Open Season Enrollment STATINTL We discussed last week the fact that both Iraised the question as to whether , as retirees, they could change from GEHA enrollment during the o pen season to some other plan and later, during an open season, change back to GEHA. For your information, neither has any other GEHA coverage. I believe you will want to discuss with D/Pers so that a firm policy can be set. I recommend retirees be advised that once they terminate enrollment in the Association Benefit Plan they will not be permitted to re-enroll during any subsequent open season.
