1. Attached is an explanatory memorandum from the Director of
Logistics to the Deputy Director for Management and Services regarding
the attached study on utilities support of environmentally sensitive
equipment in the Headquarters Building. It is requested that addressees
review the study with respect to general concept and forward written
convents to the Director of Logistics by 4 September 1973. Component
comments will be collated and forwarded to the Deputy Director for
Management and Services for further approval consideration.
