1. Pro ect SAFE - General Services Administration (GSA) formerly notified
HEB that the completion date of the SAFE Phase area has slipped one week from
23 October 1983 to 30 October 1983. Consolidated Safe Project Office (CSPO) has
been notified of this change. While the contractor has a reasonably good chance
of getting the 30 October 1983 date for the computer room area, the Phase II
UPS room w'll probably not be c leted for another one to two weeks after this
date. (U)
2. Printing $ Photography (P P) Building--Central Vacuum System - At a
meeting between A and HFB on the installation of a new centr_al vacuum pump
system in the P F P Building, the following schedule was provided by GSA:
Contract award 1 December 1983; Construction completion date 15 July 1984.
The above schedule does not provide for slippage in any facet in the
procurement design or construction and should be considered optimistic. Historical
exp one to three month or more slippage if possible.
