SAFE PHASE TI - The proposed point area reconfiguration
of the SAFE PHASE II area has been scaled back bw ODP fr.un the
original concept to coincide more closely to the construction
contract configuration. GSA indicated to IIEB on 29 December
1982 that the proposed changes are acceptable and would ~e
issued as a bid addendum. This will delay the contract yid
