1. A meeting was held on 9 May 1977 with Chesapeake STATINTL
and Potomac Telephone Com an ersonnel,
OC/-TFB and Mr. of your sta to discuss STATINTL
referenced memorandu .

not been ma e as w ether the Point Area will be located
in the north or the south end of the Computer Center.

Center a one-inch conduit will be required from the GE0436
closet to the telephone location.
4. Should the Point Area be located on the north end
of the Computer Center, the GE0436, GE50 and GE66 satellite
closets may be removed and two three-inch conduits, with one
90? bend, will be required between the GE63 main closet and
STATINTL the GE78 satellite closet. advised that if
this area is selected a monolithic pour will be required.
Consequently, it will be necessary to install one-inch conduits
from the GE78 closet to each telephone located in both the
Point Area and the Computer Center.
5. In room GE50, adjacent to the satellite closet,
there is a C&P manhole which should remain accessible to
C&P personnel.

6. C$P Cable Department personnel will require a two-
month lead time to accomplish their work.
7. It is suggested that, prior to installing any conduit
for black line telephones in the Computer Center, approval be
obtained from the Information Systems Security Group, OS.
8. Telephone service for UPS and ADSTAR will be served
from the GE0422 satellite closet via the underfloor duct
system.
