This schedule is based upon your submission to General Services
Administration by March 31, 1977, the location of the proposed
computer center and the timely evacuation of this space prior to
contract award. It is also dependent upon our receiving the
STATINTL necessary justification for abbreviatin our procurement process
as discussed by Mr. Miles and your Mr. With your
cooperation, as indicated in this letter, we see no reason at this
time why the above schedule can not be met.
