In response to your letter of December 21, 1976, concerning the Northside
Computer Center, we have received your Reimbursable Work Authorization
in the amount of $50,000 and scope of work for design services. It is.
presently being processed and Copy 4 will be returned to your office
since it had been presigned before submittal to the General Services
Administration.
The work authorization for the construction phase of this project will
be submitted in the near future as indicated in your letter, however, we
must point out at this time that due to its projected cost we will
require that your agency certify that funds are exempt from the requirements
of Section 7 of the Public Buildings Act as amended.
