MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: National Capital Planning Commission
1. and the undersigned handcarried the DDS''s
letter, addressed to Mr. Reifel, requesting an executive hearing for the
Preliminary Master Plan and the Garage/Motor Pool on 11 October 1972.
2. Seven sets of the Preliminary Master Plan drawings, seven
copies of the draft environmental description, and a copy of the letter
from C/RECD to GSA advising them of the timing and requesting that
they make the necessary arrangements for concurrent hearings.
3. Mr. Shipley of Mr. Hromanik's Division executed a Document
Receipt for the above items. Mr. Shipley advised that they would examine
our submission against their check list and will be in touch with us the
first part of next week.
4. A courtesy copy of the DDS's letter to NCPC was also handcarried
to Mr. George Hartman, GSA, so that they would know that we have formally
requested an executive session.
