Recommendations

Volume III: Tabs
2. Please review these drafts for accuracy and substance.
I would appreciate receiving yourU comments by.20 December 1982
prior to my forwarding the report to the Director. Insofar as
possible, we intend to incorporate your comments in the final
report. Where irreconcilable differences exist, we will advise
the DCI of your position.
