1. Attached are two copies of the inspection team's
draft of the Africa Division Inspection Report. These copies
are intended for yourself and Chief, Africa Division. The
report consists of two volumes as follows:
Volume I: Foreword, Observations and Findings,
Recorrmendat i on and Suggestions
Volume II: Station Summaries as Parts I, II and III
2. Please review these drafts for accuracy and sub-
stance. I would appreciate receiving your comments and those
of Chief, Africa Division by 31 December 1982 prior to my
forwarding the report to the Director. Insofar as possible,
we intend to incorporate any comments you may have in the
final report. Where irreconcilable differences may exist, we
will advise the DCI of your position.
