Dear Bob:
Thank you for your letter of May 3rd. I
appreciate your solicitude about the item of $4.13.
It seems to me that the red tape involved in getting
it is more trouble than the amount is worth. I think
the beet. thing to do is to Just forget about it.
I bear that you are due for a change of
scene. I hope that your new duties will turn out to
be most interesting and successful.
