It is necessary that we have a statement of time and
attendance and travel and per diem for 1%r. Correa for the
period 21 June to the present. If he has nothing to re-
port, it is still essential that we have a statement,
as we must submit a negative report. So we would appreciate
it very much if we might have your report as soon as possible.
Then, it would be very helpful if you could submit a state-
ment as soon as possible following the close of each month.
This would enable us to keep Mr. Correa's account up-to-
date and to avoid the calls from the finance office.
