The CIA report, Population, Resources 'and Politics in the
Third World: ''The 'Loncr View, is classified secret, and accordingly
is not available for distribution.
However, a copy is available for Members to read at the
Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense located in room H-401
in the Capitol.
Members who wish to read the report should call Jim VanWagenen
or John Plaschal at 5-0743 or 5-0749 to arrange a time.
Staff'members may read this report if they have a CIA
