Attached are the sectional analyses for the three ~ 0 JA
Administrative Law Division generated proposals which will be
included in our draft Authorization Bill to be submitted to the
Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Administration
clearance. I would appreciate any comments you may have on
these sectional analyses. Since we intend to submit this
