At the 8, April NFIP overview session with the Senate Armed Services
Committee, the DDCI found the Committee very interested in technology
transfer and willing to b Hilo Within the next day or two would
you, in coordination with lease provide the following:
-- Any unclassified information on technology transfer
that Committee members could get into the public
domain.(They have already been provided the publi-
cation Soviet Acquisition of Western Technology,
the HPSCI release, and recent
speech.)
-- Suggestions of what we would like done that would
not require legislation.
-- Ideas on what legislation would be helpful.
-- Identify any regulations that the Committee could
help push within the Executive Branch.
