Mary,
The PDBers gave this to the SecDef
on Saturday. He read it carefully and
the PDB briefer brought it back. Jim
might be interested in knowing that
when John discussed this with the SecDef
on Friday morning, Weinberger was
appalled. On Saturday, he said he
wondered who the scientist was. John
told the PDB briefer that we would
prefer not to answer that and that's
where it stands.
