I am taking the liberty of writing to you concerning
who retired from your organization in 1981.
e nee s assistance from your personnel office concerning his
hearing disability compensation claim reinstatement. I would
greatly appreciate it if you could have one of your senior
personnel people look into this case. His problem is a Labor
Department proposal that he drop his CIA retirement in favor of
a Labor Department plan. Enclosed is a letter, dated 15 Jan 82,
that I wrote substantiating original hearing loss.
