SUBJECT : "Enterprise"/SCA European Tour Plans
CIA concurs in the State and Air Force low-threat assessment associated
with the proposed European tour of the "Enterprise"/SCA and has no objection
to this tour. This is based on the understanding that the touring will be
limited to the three European cities and that the Air Force will be involved
in operational planning.
