MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Additional Release from the Reserve for Project CORONA
1. On 9 December 1958 Mr. Bissell and I met with Mr. Macy of the Bureau
of the Budget to pursue further the several discussions which we have had recently
on the subject of an additional release from the Contingency Reserve for Project
CORONA. Mr. Bissell stated that the Bureau had already released for 25X1 A
our part of this program and that as of now it appeared that our total cost would be 25X1
about including the which it has already been agreed

3. Mr. Macy advised me later in the day that he had consulted with Mr. Veatch
and was prepared to confirm the agreement tentatively reached earlier in the day.
