As I promised in my letter of October 6, 1974, I am sending to
you a copy of my paper "Soviet Military Strategy During Detente." I
presented It during the past weekend at the Annual Meeting of the A
Southern Association for the Advancement of Slavic Studies. ? I am
happy to say that it was rather favorably received, and, consequently,
I intend to submit a revised final draft for publicati.pn.
