In the months since my last mailing to you (June 1981),
the National Foreign Assessment Center has produced only one
unclassified report and an unclassified wall chart on Cuba.
Both are enclosed and I hope they will be of use to you.
It may be of interest to you to know that you are one of
only a few individuals to continue to receive complimentary
copies of our unclassified reports. This follows a decision
last summer that distribution from my office would, hence
forth, be limited to consultants to the Agency and to those
teaching at service schools, such as the National. War College
or West Point. The unclassified reports will continue to be
available to the public, including academicians, of course,
but only through purchase from government distribution points.
