SUBJECT OER Academic Consultants
QER has the following three academicians under consulting
contract, but has used their services on an ad hoc basis in-
frequently over the past four years.
In addition, OER makes extensive use of its academic contacts
on an ad hoc basis for various substantive contacts, largely, on
Soviet and Chinese economic developments. Other academic experts
are brought together from time-to-time to discuss specific topics
or lines of OER research. For example, on 19-20 July 1981, OER
is convening a seminar of the following academic experts to discuss
OER's International Energy research:
