I. This is to request funding for a one-day consultation for
the following two professors: andi b
2. These two gentlemen have been invited to attend the DCI Discussion/
Dinner on North-South Relations in the DCI Conference Room on 2 November 1977.
I understand that they will be paid the standard Agency one-day consultation
fee (which does not exceed the top step of the hourly pay of a GS-15),
transportation, and other expenses.
