On behalf of captain Richard Fast, the current course director, I would like to invite you to address the course again this fall. Your presentations last year were both well received and highly informative, especially as they ex- posed our students to practical applications of some of the methods they were studying. Your contribution to the course was extremely valuable and we hope you can come again this year to do a similar pre- sentation. I understand that Captain Fast has suggested December 6 and 7 for your visit. If these dates are not convenient, other dates can be arranged. The course meets at three different times; 1030 and 1440 on 6 December and 1240 on 7 December. Each period is 50 minutes long; the mix of formal presentation and informal interaction can be adjusted as you desire. An evening presentation could also be arranged as it was last year depending on your schedule and wishes. As in the past, Air Force Academy funds for visiting speakers are ex- tremely limited. Would it be possible to have your travel expenses funded by your office? We would be able to provide your meals and lodging. We hope you will be able to schedule a visit with us, as it would benefit both cadets and faculty. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely ERVIN J.
