My subject would be the economy of China. I would identify myself as a CIA employee, state that my views were not necessarily those of CIA or the US government, and use only unclassified materials. Of the 45-50 students expected to attend, STATINTL about five would be foreign nationals, none from Communist countries. was a speaker at Mrs. Foster's class in the 1976/77 academic year. I have been identified ,.as a CIA employee on numerous recruiting trips and at similar presentations at various educational institutions. An outline of my proposed talk is attached.
